\u00a0Dr. Emmanuel Alexandrakis is an Adjunct Professor and Strategic Development & Internationalization Advisor at the MBA International Program of the Athens University of Economics and Business (AUEB), where he also leads the Health Sector Research Center (HealthSec) within the Management Science Laboratory (MSL). He is an Economist and Strategy Consultant with long-standing experience supporting technology companies and startups in identifying, mapping, and leveraging opportunities arising from the cross-sectoral convergence of technology with key areas of the economy. His work focuses on designing strategies that transform challenges in one sector into opportunities in another, advancing innovation, entrepreneurship, and sustainable business growth. He is also active internationally as a mentor, guiding professionals and entrepreneurs in career development, strategic growth, and leadership skills.<\/p>

He has served as a senior executive and advisor in organizations such as MSD (Merck & Co.), the Hellenic Parliament, the Ministry of Tourism (as Special Secretary with full responsibility during the 2009 pre-election period), the Hellenic Development Bank, and the independent German research institute WifOR Institute, with a global portfolio. He currently is the \u201cDigital Health\u201d module lead in the MSc Program at UBI Business School.<\/p>

Dr. Alexandrakis has held positions on advisory boards and committees at national and international level, including the World Health Organization (WHO Europe), the G20 Health & Development Partnership, the Hellenic Association of Insurance Companies, and the Archaeological Resources Fund (as Executive Board Member). He has also served as a reform advisor to the Government of Kazakhstan. Formerly CEO of Master Hellas Consulting, he maintains an active presence in national and EU-level policy fora focused on health policy, innovation, entrepreneurship, and investment.<\/p>
